Crystal Reports - Your Missing Piece?

Report Specification: We will work with you to design the required report specifications unique to your transfusion or donor system. We can work with you to identify ‘key performance indicators’ and data groups which can help your organization make informed decisions. Our consultant will explain the available options for presenting and packaging data. There are many available options such as charts, crosstabs and/or sub reports, traffic light systems, formatting logic and formulas.
Report Design and Testing: The reports are designed, as per the agreed report specifications, and tested internally to ensure that the correct information is being shown, in the most effective way. Our HCLL Transfusion and Donor expert will work with your team to design and revise reports until they meet your team’s exact needs.
Client Report Testing: Following our internal report testing, we will send you the reports, for you to test - ensuring that the reports meets your specified report specifications and organizational needs.
Report Installation and Go-Live: This is the final stage of the report design process. Once the client has tested and confirmed that the reports meet the agreed report specifications and objectives, we will assist you with the initial implementation and configuration. Our HCLL expert is available to integrate the report into the HCLL Reports Module.
Post Report Design Support: We offer a free 1 month off-site/remote post report design support, so that if the report needs tweaking, or other issues arise in the first month, there is no further cost to you.
